Linear Motion Screen

These screens are fitted with D.F.Exciters or unbalance motors driven by

Normal A.C.Motors coupled through cardan shaft having universal joint .It operates on micro throw principal at a frequency range 700 -1000 vibrations/minutes, with angle of throw up to 55o and amplitude of vibration uo to 14-15mm. size of screen in width goes up to 3.0 M and in length goes up to 8.0M.and capacity.These screens are used in primary, secondary and tertiary applications. Classification includes Sizing, washing, dewatering, desliming, knockout(in foundry) and many others.

Screening media used are spring steel woven wire meshes, rubber, polyurethane or perforated plates.

MOUNTING:
Screens may be base mounted or trolley mounted. Trolley mounted screens are offered as per applications for in-flow or cross-flow movement. Operation of trolley may be manual or motorized with special jack pads and wedge block mounting to ensure that load is off the wheels when screen is in operation. These ensures low profile vertually noiseless operation and protection of support structure from vibrating mass.
