Multi-deck Screen Sugar Graders

Multi deck (up to 6 decks) Linear motion vibro screens also called SIZERS are extensive used for highly efficiency small grain separation. These screens have multi deck arranged in progressively increasing inclination for to prevent clogging.

These screens are extensively used for sugar grading, clincker screening, sand screening.

These screens are driven by D.F. exciters or U/B motors and have dust proof modular construction. Screen mats are generally of spring steel woven wear meshes. Tensioning is done longitudinally with the help of tension sleeve. It has got very light weight FRP dust covers to reduce overall weight of the screen. Dust extraction nozzles are attached to enhance dedusting .
