Flip-flow Screen

These are special type of screens designed specially difficult to screen material. These screens have static body and vibrating screen panels(polyurethane).

Flip-flow screening machines generates high acceleration transmitted to the panels of the screen mats of the order of around 45-50g.. Rotary movement of drive shaft is converted into reciprocating movement by eccentric rotor mechanism. Elastic screen mats with panels alternatively stretched and relaxed. High G-force effectively loosen up the damp sticky material mass, resulting in rapid stratification of the feed material and high percentage of fines quickly moved down to the surface of the screen deck and are screened out. Rubber mounting blocks-rubber buffer isolate dynamic load of oscillating mechanism.
