Rubberised ceramic liners

Rubber embedded ceramic liners are unique in some applications and give as high as 12 times more resistant to wear then the toughest steel(even Hardox 600). It is new generation composite product with highly wear-resistant surface of cylindrical/hexagonal alumina ceramic rods bound within a resilient rubber matrix. The extremely hard ceramic eliminates provide unsurpassed resistance to wear, while elastic properties of rubber effectively dampen the impact forces. These plates are necessarily steel backed.
