Vibration Exciter
Directional Force Exciters These are used to produce excitation in screens and feeders. D.F. exciter has two shafts with swing segments mounted on each on both sides. The shafts are connected through a set of gears so that they rotate in opposite direction at same speed. Vibration duty bearings are used . it is oil lubricated and easy to maintain, highly robust.
Unbalance Motors(Vibrator Motors) : Vibrator motors are A.C asynchronous motors with shaft extensions on both sides. Swing segments are mounted on both sides symmetrically. Mass setting of segment can be infinitely adjustable from zero to maximum. One U/B motor produces omni-directional centrifugal force and two U/B motors mounted together and rotating in opposite direction(must case)synchronize with one another to generate a directional force. These are grease lubricated and simple to maintain.
Centrifugal Force Exciters: These exciters produce omni directional centrifugal force. A single shaft has extension on both sides and swing segments are fitted on both sides(symmetrically). These are grease lubricated and very simple to operate and maintain. These exciters are used to operate low maintenance circular motion screens driven by normal AC motors.
